Mixmash Records Australian Tour feat. D.O.D (UK) & Uberjak'd

In 2012 Laidback Luke’s record label, Mixmash Records, launched its first Label night during ADE in Amsterdam. This was followed by the Mixmash Pool Party during Miami Music Week with no other than Laidback Luke, Diplo, Afrojack, and Dada Life taking to the stage. 2014 sees the next installment of Mixmash Label parties, as UK turn table wizard D.O.D and our own Uberjak’d take Mixmash on tour around Australia.

Punching well above his years, D.O.D is standing on the edge of becoming an international sensation within club circles. Already finding plaudits among Tiesto, David Guetta, Eddie Halliwell, Steve Aoki, Laidback Luke, Gareth Emery and Hardwell, this fresh faced beats stalwart has also secured himself a spot as a Mixmag resident for their club and Ibiza tours - not bad for a kid who’s barely out of his teens. With a DJ style that can only be deemed as inimitable, in-your-face turntable wizardry, D.O.D has managed to secure a wide cross section of fans with his music – which sets about fusing the lines between everything House, Electro and Techno.

After conquering the ARIA club chart and touring Australia from end to end, Adelaide native Uberjak’d has just returned from the U.S. for his debut North American tour, which took to a huge 17 dates across the U.S. and Canada. During WMC in Miami, Uberjak’d will be found playing the Dim Mak party, the Mixmash Pool Party, the Will Sparks & Co. party, as well as the Windish Agency showcase. Uberjak’d will then hit the road with Autoerotique for the Dim Mak AutoJak’d tour before headlining his own shows across the US.

Having mixed two of Ministry of Sound’s massive compilations, Uber has been on the road touring the country from end to end, whilst delivering the freshest tunes to his loyal followers via his monthly podcast – reaching #1 on the music podcast chart in iTunes Australia with a monthly audience of 100,000 and keeping company on the chart above the likes of Tiesto and Hardwell. Testament to his quick rise to the top, Uber stormed into the top ten in this year’s inthemix 50 (Australia’s largest DJ poll).
