In 2019, an Australian duo came together with a shared passion for heavy, bassline driven house music. Over the course of 12 months, countless hours of experimentation in the studio brought Interupt to life.Armed with a fusion of catchy melodies and hard-hitting basslines; Interupt have burst onto the bass-house scene, gaining local and international support from the likes of Skepsis, TS7 and Notion.

 

The duo are quickly becoming the new flag-bearers of the local bass-house movement, having recently supported the likes of Netsky and Kanine, as well as playing an electrifying set at Sydney’s Ivy for Eighty-Six.After a string of successful releases, Interupt’s latest single, ‘Power’ & ‘Power In Your Soul feat.LunaLe Page’ is currently setting the world on fire; clocking more than 5M streams on Spotify, going viral on TikTok, charting on Shazam in territories around the world, and climbing to #1 on China’s NetEaseCloud Music’s #1 Electronic Music Chart.The song has gained backing from the likes of heavyweights Dr Fresch, Wax Motif, Nostalgix, Anna Lunoe, and many more.

 

Now signed to renowned dance music label, TMRW Music, Interupt is proving that their unique sound is worth all the attention it receives, as they continue to set the world on fire.
