Joel Fletcher & Reece Low :: released June 22 2018
The last time Melbourne DJ and producer Joel Fletcher teamed up with legendary New Zealand MC Savage, the result was a four times platinum record that hit #2 on the ARIA charts and completely took over the airwaves. Now Joel Fletcher has teamed up with fellow Melbourne producer Reece Low for 'Turn Up', featuring Savage's unmistakable vocals once again.
'Turn Up' is a monster of an anthem, fusing Joel and Reece's production skills and Savage's assailing vocals which mesh together for an explosive track that would not be out of place on the soundtrack to the latest action movie or your favourite workout playlist.
"I'm super excited to be releasing a new single with the boys Savage and Reece," said Joel. "It's always an honour to work alongside Sav. I was a huge fan of his music before we collaborated on 'Swing' a few years ago, so it's a blessing to be making music with him once again. This is definitely one of my favourite records I've made - I hope you all like it as much as I do. TURN UP! "
'Turn Up' is the latest step forward for Joel Fletcher as a fully-fledged artist and songwriter who transcends genres. With a discography that strikes a balance between both underground and commercial hits, Joel broke onto the airwaves in 2013 with his collaboration with fellow Melbourne producer Will Sparks, 'Bring It Back'. The track reached platinum sales in Australia and made commercial radio stand up and take notice of the burgeoning Melbourne Bounce scene, paving the way for many artists to follow. His 2017 collaboration with Tyron Hapi, 'Smooth Operator', has had over a million streams on Spotify and his 2016 track 'Obsessed' featuring Bianca has amassed over 2 million streams on Spotify alone.
Reece Low's reputation for being one of the game's strongest producers speaks for itself with continuous output on labels including DOORN, Dim Mak, Hussle Recordings, OneLove, Downright, Neon, Club Cartel, Bomb Squad, Vicious, and more; plus top 10 Beatport and ARIA Club Chart success. When not doing the rounds of his top tier residencies across Australia, you are bound to find Reece performing for sold out floors through Europe, North America and Asia.
Savage is no stranger to platinum records either. A big man with a big voice and even bigger talent, Savage's original version of 'Swing' is accredited platinum in the US with sales of over a million units and his collab with Timmy Trumpet, 'Freaks', is now a whopping five times platinum in Australia. Savage's 2017 track with Kronic and Far East Movement, 'Push', was featured in the trailer for Fast & Furious & - The Fate of the Furious which was another blockbuster moment for Savage.
The deadly combination of Joel Fletcher, Reece Low and Savage is bound to make you 'Turn Up'!!!
